I just wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you for your hospitality.
It felt as if we were staying with friends – so you certainly created a most welcoming atmosphere.
We were very happy with the rooms which were perfectly comfortable and Yvonne is to be complemented on the food.
The shuttle service which you provided made the logistics very easy.
Overall the experience was great and would be well worth repeating.

I am just writing to thank you again for the lovely time we had at Chalet Jolie. The holiday was everything we wanted it to be. The food, company and comfort of the chalet were all excellent. The minibus service you provided to and from the resort each day was also excellent and made everything so easy. We were so lucky with the snow conditions and the sun which all made for a perfect holiday.
Our flight was on time and we're now getting back to normality and wishing we were still in Meribel!!
Hope you all have a good last week and have a well earned break before you start the summer hols.

We had a thankfully uneventful journey - got to the Shuttle with more than enough time to spare and back at home by 10.30pm! Back to the grindstone today, and holding onto those wonderful views and fresh air while we battle through the day!
We could not let time pass without thanking you all for looking after us so well and how you provided a whole raft of thoughtful extra touches that made our trip this time way over and above the norm and ultimately so comfortable. Jolie has bags of atmosphere, spotless rooms with delightful furnishings, good quality, comfortable beds, lovely crisp white linen - and bliss - proper bathrooms - and lashings of hot water after a day ski-ing! The dining room, breakfasts, yummy cakes at teatime, bar arrangements - were all tasty and terrific - and helped everyone feel relaxed and make for a really jolly atmosphere. As you know we have been coming to the Three Valleys for over 30 years - so we have plenty to compare with and what you provide represents great value! Above all, was how you made us feel so welcome and the way you were willing to help ensure all went smoothly (including my three trips to change my skis!) - you have created a really excellent formula for a thoroughly enjoyable ski holiday.
We hope you enjoy the well deserved break and a lovely summer and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Chalet Jolie and your team in the future!
