Great News- Chalet Le Houx is having a full renovation
Chalet Le Houx which is situated in the heart of Meribel Les Allues is undergoing a full renovation this summer. We are going into the roof to create a fantastic master ensuite bedroom. The middle floor is going to be redesigned to create 3 fantastic ensuite bedrooms. Downstairs the living room and dining area is going to be enlarged to create a large social area for you all to relax in after a days skiing. So if you want to be in a lovely village close to all the amenities and also close to the gondola and bus that gets you to the slopes really easy then this could be the chalet for you....

Huge new Meribel Reservoir, not for drinking just for snow making
This is a photo of the Meribel reservoir for snow making. Not great photo as it is so big it was not possible to take a photo of the whole lake. The original reservoir was 5 times smaller, so if you are worried about snow conditions for the Christmas week and season ahead then seriously don’t. Meribel has always had a vast amount of snow cannons but now they will be able to work for longer than ever before. Summit chalets has some great news that we have a new chalet for season 2917/18. Its modern, with great views and how many chalets do you know that you enter via a bridge! The chalets name translates to little hideaway and thats really what this is. A great chalet for 2 families or a group of 10 friends.
